so, then you should come to an Alberta Independence Dinner.
Speakers
will include jailed Wheat farmers and gun owners protesting the fire arms
registry, as well as Doug Christie, the founder and leader of the
Western Canada Concept.

The
West wants out!
A group called "Western Independent Nation" will hold a public meeting to discuss Western Separation at the Yorkton Agriplex on February 16, 2001 at 1 p.m., lasting until 9 p.m. The organizer, David Sawkiw, can be reached at (306) 547-4762 for further information. There will be a variety of speakers on the option of Independence for Western Canada, a debate on the future of the West and ballot questions on referenda.
Everyone is welcome! Although this is not a Western Canada Concept meeting, we urge you to attend and participate in the discussion.
The Western Canada Concept will have a booth and display at the gun show at the Northlands Sportex in Edmonton on Saturday, February 17, 2001 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, February 18, 2001, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
